This electric rice cooker has 400 Watts of power and handles 2-4 cups raw rice, producing up to 6 cups cooked rice and keeping it fresh, moist, and warm for hours. About 20-min. is required to cook 4 cups, with 10-min. for warming, recommended for fluffiness (for brown rice, it soak the rice for an hour before cooking). The cooker operates with a single control to begin the cooking process and automatially switches to "keep warm" when the rice is done.
