For your convenience, we accept Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. You may also send a money order or personal check in advance, and your order will be sent upon receipt of check or money order (please include a phone number and/or email address so we can contact you with shipping information).
Customers in California will be charged sales tax. No tax will be charged for any shipments made outside of California.
Orders for products that are in stock will be shipped as soon as possible, providing all credit card information is validated. Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following business day.
UPS Next Day Air, UPS Second Day Air and UPS Three Day Air shipments for in stock items will be shipped the following business day. Air Shipments do not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays

We strive to get our orders out in a timely matter but due to the fact that the items ordered are passing through customs there may be some unexpected delays. All International orders are shipped VIA USPS. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Once the item is in the postal system we have no control over the order, customs processing procedures or time of delivery.
Please add $5.00 U.S. For international checks or money orders to cover additional bank charges.
Free Shipping Policies
Merchandise may be returned within 30 days from the date of shipment for a refund on the price of the item less our shipping costs. Merchandise returned due to insufficient or undeliverable address will incur returned fee charges imposed by the post office.
Defective merchandise will be exchanged for same or similar products. Returned Merchandise must be in good condition and in original packaging material. Original shipping and handling and return postage charges will not be refunded. This includes our shipping costs incurred on our "Free Shipping" items. All items returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee. When returning merchandise, repack the product(s) and all accessories that have accompanied the original shipment in the original packing materials. Returned products that are damaged or worn from use and those with missing accessories will not be accepted.
