Set includes:
1mm Ultrathin Slicing Disc: makes ultrathin 1mm slices.
2x2mm Julienne Fine Square Slicing Disc: creates 2mm square julienne strips, use carrots, potatoes, and more to create strips of vegetables for soups, or use fruits for decorating tops of pies, cakes, or pastries.
3mm Medium Slicing Disc: makes uniform 3mm slices, the ideal size for carrots and beets for salads and garnishes, cheddar for tacos, or potatoes for latkes.
3x3mm Julienne Medium Square Slicing Disc: makes uniform 3mm slices, the ideal size for carrots and beets for salads and garnishes, cheddar for tacos, or potatoes for latkes.
6x6mm Fruit, Vegetable, & French Fry Slicing Disc: creates �" square French fries, and also cuts uniform strips from whole potatoes, yams, turnips, zucchini, eggplant, or anything else you can think of.
